Probably won?t come back to this baskin robbins. First there were nuts mixed into a lot of the non nut flavors they were... separated very well. I asked for a half and half scoop and was told ?i?ll stop you, we can?t do that? very rudely. i managed aBR for 3 years and was confused by this. It would?ve been fine if the girl was nice about it. This BR was a fun place to hang out and enjoy a treat in earlier times. We have been here in Slidell since late 90s and have... been at this business numerous times. It seems to be a little run down and grimy looking. Could really use an update andrefresh. Read more
We love BR! I?ve been served by an employee that was not friendly & I?ve been served by employees that were really nice. Never... had ?bad? ice cream so I?ll continue to go. Great place to get an ice cream cake, good variety to choose from & they also sellpre made quarts of the popular flavors. Read more
Someone asked me if Baskin-Robins was still around. I said yes! Very much so! This is my Favorite right now, the Frozen Turtle... Cappuccino! So delicious and perfectly made every time. The ladies are very friendly and gives genuine customer service,something that?s truly lacking in these times. Read more

Girlfriend loves this place but I am allergic to nuts and can never eat here because they don't wash the scoop on between ice... creams. They will say "well we will wash the scoop for you" but a) you can't wash the ice cream that has already touched othersand b) you can't get them to open a new ice cream for you. Wish I could eat ice cream here :/ Read more
