Typical Tim Hortons. Great service, delicious food, awesome coffee. We ordered the habanero bowl and wrap. It was better than we... expected. So we ordered the same a few days later. We also found some good looking donuts and other sweet items. Unfortunatelywe had to resist our temptations. But surely, one day I will give in to my temptations. I wanted to see if I can use some of Tim Horton reward to purchase donuts and coffee, so I asked this younger cashier boy. He... just laughed at me and told me “buddy that promo is over long time ago man.” Okay, fine. And I now wanted to use my point topurchase the beverage, so I made an order and told him if I can use my point. He banged the counter, and call his manager andsaid “hey, now this guy want to use his point”. I totally understand that he did not know how to redeem points for thedrink, but he didn’t have to treat customer like that. Being friendly is different from being too frank and too casual. Ihope he can treat other customers better and would have a better experience next time. Read more
Super friendly staff and a clean facility. The library was closed so we came here to do some homework and patronize them. We... try to support local however everything else was closed. It seemed there was one staff on cleaning duty at all times. The place was spotless. The sandwich took not too long to make. I... have waited longer in other Tim's. Toilets were clean and the paper products were filled. Read more
When you leave your drive thru costumer waiting for their order at the back of your store for 20 minutes, and that costumer has... to come inside and watch you make their order, the least you could do is say "I'm sorry for the wait" not just "here is yourorder". Poor costumer service. Read more
