Definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel! Came to stay for 2 nights and they wanted to individually charge me 10$ for... myself and my 2 children!! Claimed it was for fire security reasons, After the room had already been purchased! Make it Makesense! Absolutely disgusted in the Mangers behavior and customer service skills. This place I would not recommend. There is always something to go wrong weather it's going back and forth between your room and... front desk 3 times a night just to get your key card to work or not being able to take even a bagel from the breakfast buffetthat's included in the price of the room. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Typically stay here every time I come through slave lake and the first time was great but seemed to... decline in the last year. To be fair I do get a pet friendly room and perhaps they are phasing them out but my last stay theblanket was ripped open in multiple places and stuffing coming out. Tried to get a room last night and called ahead and wasassured I had a room booked for three nights but upon arrival was told that there was no more rooms. I get that things get mixedup sometimes and rooms get over booked so I don?t blame the staff but still kinda sucked. They were helpful in directing me toother motels! Read more

Clean rooms and nice staff. Shower left a bit to be desired as it went super hot to cold randomly during the shower.
