Best Philly cheesesteak sandwich I've had in a very long time. So Cheesy! Bun was fresh, onions and peppers were perfectly... grilled and steak was tender and not gristley at all. Read more

This new bar and grill has a super sports atmosphere and upscale for a small town. That was impressive. They have a very good... stocked bar with TVs behind it to watch the games. They didn't seem to know importance of greeting or hosting when you firstcome in yet but sure their TV bar presence is focus. For some reason I expected better than normal bar food. The fries some likebut too hard crispy and salty for my taste. The classic burger there is huge and smash which I like except I would like it morewell drained. Toppings were very fresh and good. The wait staff was not into their job with customer service other than lookingthe part and minimal help. A smile or friendly conversation is good. Overall it should be great for a particular customer nicheand glad to see it there. Read more

Good food, seemed like nice people. Only knock was the price of the small pizzas. $10 for a little personal pan plus a .50... surcharge on take out orders turns a little personal pizza to over $11.00. Compared to Allys in story that double in price. Other then that no complaints. Everything tasted very good. Read more

I love this place. Great Food and Great Service! I was in Slater for work and asked a local where to eat at the gas station. ... I asked the right person. My tenderloin sandwich was so delicious that this past weekend I had to go back to Slater and that'sthe first place that I headed. If I was a local, I'd move in! Read more

Stopped in for dinner after biking the high trestle trail. Had a spicy tenderloin sandwich and a few beers. Tenderloin was... juicy and tender inside and nice and crispy outside. Also it was massive. Barely finished it. The beer selection was a goodvariety of local and big name stuff. Something for everyone. Will visit again for sure when in the area. Read more

Really not great service, slow to get food and 2nd drinks and plates and napkins, and not busy. Pizza was good, beer was not.... Too bad, convenient to bike trail. Dog friendly. Read more

A must if you are on the trail to the High Trestle Trail or finishing out the Gent's race. We love the Nighthawk and the staff... and owner are friendly even to the sweaty bike riders. They provide free water on all the days you need it, and the food hasbeen great on all my visits. Read more
