They do not manage this KFC well. 4 separate trips, tried to order 2 pot pies, not sure why they couldn't do the order but they... weren't able too. Also, typically they are out of original recipe chicken and we have to settle for something else. Typicallyhave to settle for sides you don't want cause they are out of the ones you order. Food and service are terrible. They forgot utensils. napkins and manors. Had no soft drinks and the chicken was dried out. When... we went in after leaving the parking, to ask for utensils and napkins one employee was swearing at another saying F$#% you.Beyond terrible. The manager needs to overhaul this location. Bought a 12 piece meal that is supposed to feed 6. Unfortunately I got home and had to start cooking because the sides were... almost empty. Unbelievable. I was also wondering if they stopped supplying uniforms because everyone was dressed in streetclothes. Read more

Charges 10 cents for the bag without telling the customer. The girl at the window didn?t say a word to me. Didn?t tell me the... price of the food, not a hello or have a nice day. Nothing. She was too busy gossiping with another employee about anotheremployee. My sandwich wasn?t wrapped, and the fries were just thrown in the bag without a Container. Fast food workers want ahigher wage? Terrible service, and product. We were frequent customers until our recent visit. When we arrived at 930pm the business was... closed and employees long gone, although the hours listed on the door still says 10pm, as well as the official corporatewebsite. I complained, and after several back and forth attempts, I finally spoke to the store manager Jessica Gordon. Shecalled me twice, but every time I tried to return her call it rang and rang until the fax machine picked up. It wasn't until Ijust repeatedly dialed the number she gave me, until anyone answered the phone. She apologized and explained that they havedifferent winter hours and close at 9pm on weekdays other than Friday and Saturday during the winter, and gave us a free Familyfill-up, which I was pleased with. She filled out a certificate for the meal, so we could pick it up in the next coupledays. When we went to pick it up, Jessica had already gone home for the evening, but the shift manager was extremely rude, andseemed to take offense to that we were being given the complimentary meal and proceeded to give us the absolute worst chickenthey could provide. She actually scolded another employee for mistakenly including a cake as part of a different combo, whichwe ended up paying for because it looked good. Unfortunately, the pictures confirm what we got. Half of the chicken was barelylarger than a quarter, which I used for perspective in the pictures, and the mashed potatoes were squished to the point of thecontainers bursting out the bottom and they didn't close the box of potato wedges, so they were cold, and undercooked to beginwith.
