I ordered a Steak Bomb it was a bit bland. I wish they had used some seasoning on the meat

A great place for dine in or take out. Mostly take out business. But been voted best pizza place around for many years. And I... never like whoopie pies ever in my life until I tried one of theirs. Thier pizzas are great. And sandwiches and salads too. I'dhighly recommend this place to anyone passing through. Most of Thier order times only take 15-20 minutes. So you can get yourfood quickly. Really inconsistent. I have been here 5-6 times in the last 6 months. I have had some really great pizza, and some pizza that... was not so great. Tonight I drove home, and opened my pizza to find that it was pretty under cooked. Also the box leaked greaseonto the seat of my car. Unfortunate because this place does make some great food, it is just super inconsistent. Read more

Our take-out order was wrong, of course you don't find that out until after you drive back home. I called to let them know. ... The Italian sandwiches are skimping on very thin slice of ham, cheese. Not like they used to be.. ???? Read more

Would have liked to have some silverware available, too hot for kids to eat. Bathroom was disgusting. Pizza was delicious,... though. Read more

The original pizza and sandwich shop of Skowhegan. Food is always good, and the whoopie pies and other bakery goods are... delicious. Been going to this place since 1972, never a bad meal. Read more

So, my wife and I went here a couple of times. We stopped in today and were NOT disappointed at all! She got a Steak Bomb and I... got a Spicy Italian. After lunch we purchased a donut and some whoopie pies to go. The donut was a powdered donut with raspberryand cream filling (the cream filling tasted homemade!). Quality product! Very helpful and friendly staff. Will be going hereagain. Pricing is pretty good. For our large subs and 2 "Pure Leaf" Iced teas, the total came to $25 even. Can't beat thatprice for the quality of food we got. The whoopies and donut were a little over $10 (Still well worth the price as you get 8whoopie pies in the package). Read more
