I try to order online. I can't. My car is too big to fit through their drive-thru which apparently is the only thing they do at... this store at all. I've came here three different times. I've never even been able to get into the door. It's my local Wendy's.I like Wendy's and the food. This location just don't want to serve me. Apparently I'll never use it again. Don?t go to this Wendy?s unless you want to wait to order or wait for your order. This place does Not know what fast food means.... Anytime of the day you can go here and you will be told to wait to order which literally takes them almost 5 minutes at timesand if you patiently wait those 5 mins it takes equally as long if not longer to get your food. The workers here are out oftouch with the consumers and Clearly don?t care to deliver fast food. We all work and whether it?s during morning, lunch orafternoon or even at night we expect swift service. We have Lives and Jobs and it is unacceptable behavior making your customerslate or inconveniencing them due to the inability to provide fast service. This is Fast Food. If I wanted to wait for my mealI?d go eat at an actual restaurant and eat actual better quality food. The prices for a meal for two here is more than what youwould have actually spent dining in at an actual restaurant. This place needs to shut down or hire people motivated to deliverfast food. The door is closed when we arrived at 6:20pm. We walked around and found a window open for a car. The boy inside saw us but he... left the window closed, until we have to knock the window to draw his attention. He played with the machine for ordering forsometime, and let us know that he cannot order for us, cuz we are not in a car?! So, if you arrive without a car, there is noway to order!! Was there in the evening after dine in hours had closed. I went through drive thru (busier than usual) and ordered 2... meals. Customer service is great. After a little mix up Celonie and her team was understanding and all the staff went aboveand beyond to address and resolve the issue. Will definitely be back! Read more
