This is absolutely the worst designed Starbucks drive thru I have ever experienced. Definitely avoid the drive thru at all costs... because there is a lot of people and god forbid a fire or accident you cannot get out and are just stuck. Read more
Went here to meet with co-worker and potential candidate for a job position. I got there first, went up to the counter and... there were 4 people behind it, 1 working drive thru and the others were doing stuff. However none of them acknowledged me orsaid "be with you in a moment" and they could clearly see me as I was the only person standing there. Eventually an older ladycame out of the back and she took my order and was pleasant. I went to sit down and table next to me was filthy, trash on thefloor, but no one came out to clean it u til about 15min later. Coffee was usual Starbucks coffee but service was lacking. Read more

The experience was fast but the last time I was here I order a bagel with cream cheese and I received just the bagel they forgot... my cream cheese. ( I realized this as soon as i got to work.) For my drink I order a chocolate foam cold brew. I've had thesame coffee several times in this location and this time was different coffee tasted horrible (water down coffee.) I pass tothis location because it's convenient for me on my way to work. Read more
By far one of the worst managed Starbucks I?ve ever been to. The staff is never on time. More often than not they do not have... basic items that should be on their menu. They run out of lids. They run out of blonde espresso. They run out of syrups and somuch more. This is the one closest to my house I often have to drive out of my way either because their staff doesn?t show up ontime or they simply don?t have Starbucks products. This has been an issue for the last couple years. I never understood how theywould be out of some thing but all the surrounding Starbucks would have the right products. This isnt a location i frequent but over the years there are two things that have stayed consistent with this one. Customer... service has never really been an issue here. They are always nice. The issue comes from the quality of the drinks i receivehere. Eight out of ten times, the drink is either entirely wrong, or doesnt taste as it should. Im not sure if the staff justdoesnt follow the set drink standards or what, but mostly everytime I've came to this location, i end up disappointed with thedrink quality. Read more
One one the most unprofessional businesses Ive encountered in a very long time. We walked in and the kid at the counter just... stared at us. No greeting, no hello nothing. Went to this location had a mobile order. I had order a mango drangonfruit as I do every day n it was a mobile order went to... pick it up and didn't see it so I ask the young lady behind the counter about my drink that I order wen I tell you guy my orderwasn't rite at all instead of her saying I'm sorry ma'am we are out of the dragonfruite pieces would u like something else theyjust went on and made my drink with no explanation of why my drink was incomplete.
