Potbelly's BOGO rollout on 11/3/22 was a DISASTER. Ordered a pickup order during the promotion and got a confirmation email.... Went there to pick up at the scheduled time only to find out that they had closed for the day. Reason given was fire alarm butthe staff were talking about how they had run out of the ingredients already. I was promised a refund and yet to receive one.Another example of businesses making promises they can't keep. Read more
Great service had a keto style turkey. The staff did an awesome job of figuring it out as at first they were not sure. They... worked together to figure it out. It was the great taste of the sandwich without the carbs. Read more

I had seen and noticed Alexis being rude to Adhraa. I came in to order a sandwich and walked out..after I noticed Alexis with a... rude evil spirit..no way..I believe in God..and she as just looking super evil..I will think twice before I come here again.Definitively will let everyone.. They business will go down..watch.. God is watching. They going to be punished. They shouldhave listened to her speaking about God then complaining. I am so glad I tried Potbelly's again! I had it 10 years ago and was so disappointed in their meatball sandwich, I just never... went back. This time I had the ham and Swiss and it was devine! This location at Old Orchard mall, is open and airy, and has acute little reading nook by the window, and a 1 person booth that faces a wall, perfect for us introverts. Read more
Decoration-wise, Potbelly feels like the kind of place that wants to be old timey, but also new age at the same time. The... sandwich selection is adequate and they toast it after they make it which is nice, but can sometimes leave the bread a littletoo dry and crunchy. They serve salad, chili, soup, and milkshakes as well. The staff is friendly, if not a bit indifferent attimes. A slightly above midrange sandwich at a decent price. Read more
