Very disappointed at what I must say was my 1st time really thinking that this is really poor service ! Bathrooms dirty and the... wait to get my food had to be like 15 minutes when there was a full staff and just me and one other lady plus by the drink areawas all a mess too ! I realize the drive through was a long line so that I can understand however there were plenty of people totake care of the people that came inside too ! Read more

-Morning shift 10am- This location has a few issues. 1st, the short older asian lady was really short (no pun intended) with all... of the customers. She made 2 people ahead of me very upset and they cancelled due to the way they were being talked to. She wasvery unwelcoming and short with me as well. Anyone either dispensing meals or taking orders needs customer service education.Also, the mens room was not taken care or, needed to be clean and there was no soap available. I gave this place at least 3stars because my order waa correcr and the lobby looked presentable. Read more

Double cheese burger had so much onion on it, made it taste like a white castle burger .. I don't even understand how they did... that. Nuggets were also off, idk what about them but just not right. Fries were just tasteless. Would not believe any of thefood is genuine McDonald's Read more
I get that a lot of places are low staff and it can be hard on the workers but man these workers have such bad attitudes like if... it's the customers fault. They look at you like your disturbing their peace if you speak to them at all. I work retail have beenworking with the public for almost 10 years and I never treat customers like that. If they're having a bad day ok fine but noneed to lash that out to the customers. Someone can be having a really good day and they can ruin it with their attitude. I'vecame to this location twice and dined in twice and both times was the same experience with different workers. Oh and if you planon dinning in they're not like other McDonald's they don't bring you your food when you pick a number and sit down. They willjust keep calling your table number until you hear them and come get your food yourself. Read more
This was most horrible customer service I?ve ever experienced! I always get my kids happy meals here and the day before... yesterday they messed it up than after they said they?d replace them they didn?t and straight lied to me. Lost me as customer.Kid acted like I was lying to him for two 4$ happy meals and I?m cta bud operator who makes triple their salary so again if urreading stay away from this McDonald?s because it?s horrible!
