Used the restroom-toilet seat was so loose that it just fell off!!!! Speak ?the manager? or person in charge on evening shift.... He did not apologize nor did take any action right away. No one appeared to be willing take any action to fix the situation.Really not smart move since it was just the beginning of dinner time. MAKOR SAFETY ISSUE!!! Also the urinal did not flush. I just arrived at this location at 8:49 p.m. and employees said they are closed. There were 3 more customers behind me and we... all got turned away. Their business hour says open till 9:00p.m. They just wanted to go home early I guess. This is veryunprofessional of them. Read more

Ordered online at 11:56 am. I was unable to track my order using my app so I attempted to call the store. Called store over 20... times between 12:40 and 1:30. There were multiple pick ups and hang ups. Finally someone answered the phone, put me on hold for5 minutes and returned to the phone. This was around 1:15, and they assured me that my order was out for delivery. He tried tocontact the delivery driver, whom was not answering his phone. The man at the store said he would void my credit card order butI would still receive my food. I called again at 1:30 and he said he spoke to the driver and my delivery was next. My foodfinally came at 1:50, almost exactly two hours later. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely not?freaky fast.? Read more

I came in today and got my usually #2 with cheese, and the staff was great, service was quick and efficient, showed them my vax... card and sat down to eat. But I after taking my jacket off I had to almost immediately put it back on. The store is absolutelyfreezing, I had to leave and go eat in my car with the heat on. Read more
Jimmy John?s on Skokie Blvd did a great job serving our party of 20 with their delivery to Sketchbook in Skokie. They... delivered on time and when we asked for condiments on the side & they were not in our order a phone call to Jimmy John?sproduced condiments within minutes. We were amazed!! Thank you so much. I'm editing my positive review to a negative one. I contacted my bank to find out if I had been credited for my dissatisfaction... meal on 10-23-2022. I was in total shock to find out that not only was I NOT credited, I was charged $19.80 twice!! I called thestore and Chris the manager that I had delt with originally wasn'tworking. I waited on hold for 10 minutes for Michael themanager before they said he would call me back (he was indisposed). He called me back and I explained the situation again (Iexplained it to the girl who answered the phone). He said that it looked like there wasn't anything they could do on their end.I was dumbfounded. I told him that I had spoken with my bank and only 2 charges of $19.80 had posted to my account as of10-28-2022 and that that no credits had posted like Chris had told it would in 3-5 days. Michael said that the best that hecould do was to offer me a store credit for $25.00. I'm out $40.00 in my bank account. My husband just passed away and you wantto give me sandwiches instead of my money back. What a compassionate person and company. My daughter went to Cary Grove HighSchool. I can't wait to share this with everyone on her Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and maybe we'll do a TikTok. She's got aton of followers on all of her social media. I went from being a truly satisfied customer to a downright disappointed anddisgusted customer.
