Walked into this Dunkin donuts, and was greeted with a smile. I ordered an iced Caramel Latte with 7 pumps or caramel, the girl... at the register named Mary asked if I wanted a caramel craze latte instead and explained to me what it was, I am so glad shedid, It was amazing the cinnamon sugar on top of the whipped cream is a game changer. Was in line and was called to the 2nd register. A young man took my order. He gave me my drink then told me the person at the... first register would ring me up. He walked away. I waited until she was finished with the customer. She then called over thenext person. I told her she needed to ring me up. She told me I had to stand in line. I started to tell her what the guy toldme. She started to take the order of the next person. I left my order and walked out. As I was leaving I heard her call out"have a nice day ma'am". If there's a problem with the coworkers they shouldn't be taking it out on the customers.Never goingback to this Dunkin' Donuts again. Read more
