Nice and clean area. Majority of the gaming machines are old and broken. There are machines in there that will take your credit... but it wont start at all. Some games are so old i could still remember them from my childhood. Also, if the games would start itwill throw an error then shut off. All games will last around 35-60 seconds max. I went here yesterday with my sons and sister. It was fun for the kids. My son really wanted to see Chuck and get candy, but he... didn?t even end up coming out at all the 2 hours we were there. I asked someone from the counter if he will be coming out andshe goes ?yeah he actually hasn?t come out and was suppose to.? I had to tell my son that Chuck was sick and couldn?t come outbecause he didn?t want to leave until he saw him. Had my sons birthday here. Party was set up late, apparently theres a helium shortage so theres no balloons we had to ask for... birthday hats (they were supposed to be already on the table for the kids, play cards apparently can not be paused so you caneat. It was just a giant mess. Then they ask you to review them so the manager comes over you let him know everything and heslike ok ok im sorry i can give you a discount (discount was only about $50 when we spent total was 260... ) so much of theirultimate birthday package not available or not even set up.... I did not like that i had to give a 10 for the review because themanage was looking over at my phone watching my every move..... i will not be returning. Read more
