the worker told me that the vegan options were on the Fresh Fruit menu panel (see picture). Except for the first two listed... (Avocado & Banana), the other flavors are dairy-free & vegan. I got one kiwi and one passionfruit (with boba balls) and theyboth were delicious! kiwi was my fave. so refreshing, doesnt taste overly artificial or sweet. Would definitively stop in again. I came in to do some homework and enjoy some bubble tea. It was pretty busy, with a huge line of customers, and it went on for... two hours or so; the staff (Jaqueline & Diana) handled everyone's order swiftly and with such a positive attitude. Definitelyhardworking ladies that deserve a raise. Highly recommend this place if you life bubble tea and great customer service!! Will becoming back again. Read more

I cant begin to explain how rude the 3 girls working 8pm Saturday 7/24 were. When we walked in, they looked up from their phones... and didnt bother to say hello. They looked at us with rude stares and continued to be silent…We awkwardly stood and asked ifthey were open.. they looked at each other and laughed. They were annoyed they couldnt finish their chipotle bowls and proceededto stare at us blankly. We couldnt even drink our drinks inside because of how uncomfortable they made us feel. Don't order their loose leaf tea unless you like barely flavored water. I ordered their Peace of Mind (chamomile, mint,... hibiscus) and it just tasted like mint. It wasn't even decent, but instead the most watered down drink ever along with a bunchof ice. The color was also so off, because it wasn't red at all for being a hibiscus tea. They offered cream and sugar whileordering, but I don't think that would've helped at all. Read more

11/3/22 Walked in at 9:44pm and walked out by 9:45pm because of the attitude on the girl closing . She didn’t welcome us in... just stared at us blankly and then walked to the register and said nothing. Until I prompted my sister to order first, she letsus know that only Classics are available which is understandable because it is close to close. Her attitude was just unbearableso I told my sister we should leave. Their drinks are always delicious but I have never had to deal with anyone who acted likethat before. Read more
