It's Burger King. Food was fast though the drive thru.
Drive-thru work was rude and dumb. Asked for 2 Jr. Whoppers with Cheese 1 regular Jr. whopper and she replies 3 whoppers with... cheese. I asked for 3 medium drinks she served me 3 large but rang mediums. Never told me my total until I got to the window. Read more
Hassle getting it on app the whopper Birthday special. Order online for drive thru wouldn't accept my items chosen then cashier... inside added our fry and deleted are whoppers then tried saying could only use one offer at a time gave me the fry and said hadto wait 15 min between each offer than fry's cold had to reorder and only got one whopper not two as originally ordered and hadcode so messed up sure whomever reading just as confused wanted whoppers and one fry that's all. This is really unlikely for me to give them such a low rating but yesterday both my husband and I when we ate our food it tasted... like cleaning solution. I know that sounds bizarre but the bun tasted like soap. I thought it was just myself but i went andtried a piece of his and the same thing. We had to throw everything away. I usually give this location high marks for fast accurate and professional service. Mainly in the morning and afternoon that is... the case. Tonight though I had such a rude unprofessional server. I order my food and asked for a taco. I was told we don't haveany tacos. OK so waited in the drive through and when he took my money for payment I started asking when did you stop .. but hesays nothing turns away gives me my change and again I ask when did you stop selling tacos but he said not a word just handed memy order and closed the window. It's so much better to see the prices on the BK app and the promo offers are really really good. I normally buy a dollar coffee... from McDonald's but Burger King app allows you to subscribe for a daily coffee for a month (mobile only) and saves me a lot ofmoney. And if i stay with with McDonald's dollar coffee for a month that is $30 and in the process i also have used and willcontinue to use the app for promo codes. Read more
