Stopped to get a pretzel and drink for my kids at 11:15am on a Saturday. The three ladies behind the counter waved us off and... didn?t open the door. We went to shake shack, ate a full meal, walked past and they were doing the same thing to a guy with hiskids at 12:30pm. Good luck staying open with employees like that. Read more

Don't; I repeat, do not order a sour cream and onion pretzel. They take one of their regular pretzels and they pour this... flavoring powder on top, the taste of which I can only describe as dry, rancid, sour powdered milk. And they charge you nearly$5 for it.
