Wonderful, amazing, yummy. The prices are very good, the brisket is delicious, the seating area is so pleasant in the shade... right by the water... the perfect place to eat! I?m a skagway resident and I eat here all the time, plus this is where I sendtourists because it?s right by the dock with their cruise ships. Excellent smokehouse right on the railroad pier. They have a smoker going right at the entrance from the pier side and Skagway... brewery beer on tap. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious and their BBQ sauce had a mild spiciness and full flavor. Read more
Highly recommend checking this restaurant out. If you?re in town on a cruise ship, it?s right next to the docks. The bbq was... really good! We had the brisket, pulled pork and crab legs (when in Alaska you have to!!) the sides were really good too. Plusyou can?t beat the view! Make sure to stop here!! Read more
I worked in a halibut fish and chips shop in Homer, AK many years ago and haven't been happy with fish and chips since...until... tonight. This was the fish and chip basket that I have been looking for for 25 years! The tartar sauce was so good that I tookthe leftovers home for my sandwich tomorrow! We also had amazing ribs and brisket. The JoJo's (potato and sweet potato) were sogood that we couldn't dip them in ketchup. This is the place to eat! The staff were terrific also. We wish you well! Read more

This is going to sound nuts, but the BBQ here is better than our all time fave in St. Louis. The owner and waitress were the... sweetest most wonderful of people and we got a sampler of the pulled pork, brisket and smoked chicken. Absolute heaven in yourmouth. The meat was all juicy and perfectly seasoned - so incredible. As if that wasn't enough on its own, the fish and chipswas literally the best I've had anywhere. Ever. Fresh caught halibut with their local beer batter was just phenomenal - I'llpine for that fish and chips forevermore! We didn't have dessert but I guarantee if they put as much love into the sweets asthey do their BBQ and fish, it's top notch. If you are in town make time for this. Delicious food. Great views of the dock and bay. Combo platter was plenty for my husband and I to enjoy and share. Loved the bbq... sauce! All a cart so add on sides of coleslaw, greens and beans etc. Plus they serve locally brewed beer. Read more
