Great food but open till 6 doesn't mean open till 6. It means at 5:30 we start putting food away and it's carryout only... ... After we ordered and paid for our dine un food at 5:32 we were told we had to leave with our food and eat in the vehicle. Read more

Great, local area food place with take out or dine in. Nice, friendly staff was very helpful. Lots of items on the menu from... soups (of course and they were pretty good), sandwiches, and salads. I thought it was better than a Panera with portions andcost (a couple bucks less with only small upsizing increase in cost). We told everyone we saw about it while in Sioux Falls. Read more

Great selection of soups, ordered 1/2 sandwich and it was 1/4, not worth the price.

Poor Business Etiquette...going to a soup & pie social so I thought I would get some soup from Zoup's. Online it says business... is open 11am-8pm. Called numerous times to place an order, best I could get from their answering system was a suggestion toorder online. Online it states that all soup may not be available to to supply chain, so I call again, same circle of voiceprompts. Drive there and it's closed with a sign that sys thank you for your patience as we are closed to train a new staff.Nobody was present at the business. Had not been there in a couple of years, really liked the soup. Gee wiz, leave a real updateon your voicemail and do not allow me to order online. I am never coming back. Read more

I liked the entire concept but it still came off as a Panera type Bag n Soup and Sandwiches with bread I can?t pronounce, but... after the entire experience, I ended up liking the Turkey Sandwich, it was tasty. But the Zoup ?Cajun Gumbo? was lacking in theCajun Style Department. Definitely needed more Cajun. Not bad for Bagged though. Overall, I liked it. The Staff was realfriendly and the store was clean. I love the place. They took away the butter. That sucks but other than that they rock. I didn't expect to love the rustic... vegetable soup but was pleasantly surprised. They have many good soups. The owner is always eager to please. Cool guy. Read more

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but lately it has been one bad experience after another. They latest stop we... decided to get it to go. My daughter was given a kids sandwich on day-old bread you can get from the grocery store (I?vevolunteered in mission kitchens - think Bishop Dudley- who have serve better sandwiches than this be honest). Lesson learneddon?t order a kids meal and pay $5.00 for goldfish and stale bread. My salad was probably half the size it has been whenordering to eat in-person but I paid the same price, our Mac and cheese was half the size than what we paid for, and to top itall off, there was a beautiful hair woven in to my meal. I?m all for supporting local but I expect good quality food for theprice. Our last three experiences have not been good. Read more

I'm a big fan of soup and therefore, Zoup has to provide good soup or I'm not going near it. Thankfully, they deliver... consistently excellent soup that's unique with a great selection. Some of my favorites include the chicken pot pie, clamchowder, curry thai chicken, and the white bean chicken chili, although they have a ton of great ones. Something I wasn't onboard with for a while were their sandwiches but I've found them to be a great addition to the soup. Their Southwest Turkey isperfect with grilled sub/panini bread and a great southwest mayo that adds good flavor. I've also had the chicken one that wasreally good. The staff is very friendly and always seems willing to help out. If you start coming in on a regular basis, they?ll recognize you and always make it a point to say hello. They also have a punch card so if you?re into rewards, you canrack them up pretty quickly for a free soup, sandwich, salad or you pick 2. They also have the ability to order online whichlets you see the options that are available and customize your order. I tend to order online for pickup, which is nice if youhave a short lunch. I highly recommend checking Zoup out. They're always great for Winter time but hot weather can't keep meaway from a good bowl of soup! Read more
