The chicken was good? The seasoning was a little light. They?re cheap with the amount of fries they give you (about half a... basket). Also, the ranch is not as good as it used to be (tastes watered down?). I haven?t been back since before the pandemic.Going used to be an experience. Now I?d say the experience is pretty mediocre. I?ll also review their new chicken sandwich? I?dgive it a 4/5. It?s a little on the pricier side for just a slab of chicken and a couple pickles on a bun with no sauce. It?sdecent-sized (slightly more chicken than Popeyes? chicken sandwich). I got the lemon-pepper seasoning. It kinda worked, but itkinda didn?t. The seasoning was light. Popeyes? chicken sandwich is better overall (better breading, better sauce, lessexpensive). I?d also rate Wendy?s chicken sandwich higher because for less money you get tomato, lettuce, and mayo, and it justtastes better. Overall not bad, but not that amazing. Read more
Such a bad experience. Order placed online just before 6pm. I was sent an email saying it would be ready in 18-23 minutes. I... arrived at 6:20 pm as it said it should be done. I sat and waited for my order and didn't walk out until almost 7 pm. Iunderstand being behind and I'm fine with it. But don't tell me to arrive at a certain time and not have my order for another35 minutes. The counter was covered by door dash drivers who had checked in and chosen the registers as the area to wait fortheir orders. Literally standing in front of the registers, leaning on the counter, and talking on their phones. There was noline and it was extremely tough for customers to order food or pay for orders, especially since there was nobody consistentlymanaging the front counter. Someone managing this place should have asked the food delivery service providers to wait to theside or an assigned area. I had to grab employees from the back just to ask if someone could take my money for my order. Whilewatching the complete chaos and lack of management going on in the kitchen, I witness gloved employees cleaning and picking uptrash off the floor and going right back to making orders and packaging food without ever changing gloves or washinghands. After all this, just the way the employees interacted was rude. Everyone was extremely short and even after all thecraziness I had dealt with, there was never an apology offered or even an explanation for the wait. Every time someone tookpayment or when they handed me my order, I told them thank you, only for it to be returned with complete silence and a blankstare. Such a gross and terrible experience. I use to be a big fan of Wingstop. Today that experience changed 8/16/22 I ordered at 3:00ish I ordered 30pc classic bone in... wings. It was suppose to be 20 Louisiana rub, 5 park garlic and 5 hot honey rub. Explain this. I got 10 Louisiana rub 15 Lemonpepper and 5 hot honey, at least they got something sort of right. But that?s not all I asked for these wings well done, theyall were pink on the inside as if they had been cooked for less than half the time. Idk where to start with this review because I've always been such a fan of Wingstop. Let's start with the staff and how... unorganized they were and it was weird to see no one had a uniform on. Let's get to the food, I asked for extra well done and Ididn't mind the wait as I explained. While waiting I saw of the most unprofessional stuff from a staff member smoking his vapepen, to cussing and not being customer friendly at all. Once my food was ready I left and when I got home the food was underseasoned, soggy fries and barely any sauce on my wings. I remember the old Wingstop when the food was actually good. horrible horrible customer service!! i ordered there today through door dash and they don't have the option for spicy lemon... pepper wings so i always call and right away to make sure i can change the sauce i never have problems. today when i called thislocation the woman who answered was instantly rude to me. the first thing she said was THIS IS NOT DOOR DASH THIS IS WINGSTOP!!i told her i knew that &' i told her my name and what i needed. she kept asking me to repeat myself then finally 4 minutes latershe tells me well WELL NEXT TIME MAKE SURE YOU ORDER IT RIGHT BUT ILL CHANGE IT FOR YOU THIS TIME!! that was literally so rudeand i didn't even feel comfortable with the order anymore i asked to speak to the manager she refused to put the manager on thephone then she thought she muted the phone n continued to talk about me. you can hear the manager saying okay about changing thewings with no problem but the lady was still pushing the issue. finally i speak with the manager she was nice n offered me ranchbut i still felt so uncomfortable with the situation. i've worked in management for years and that kind of behavior was totallyunacceptable. despicable for NO REASON. she also sounded very heavily on drugs & even the door dash driver suspected it &mentioned she was smoking outside & came in screaming that she burned her hair. i'll definitely be calling corporate in themorning. Okay, we all know wing stop isn't the best. However, my experience this time was awful. I ordered online and showed up after I... have waited the time it said. The manager then tried offering me someone else's food to which I told him wasn't mine. He thesaid that they "were getting sauced right now." I waited another 25 min until my order was ready. During this time, I observedthe workers. The manager sat on his phone the whole time while the people actually making the food were yelling swear words thatcostomers could here. They were also throwing the wings around as if I wasn't sitting there. Once I got home, I took out the"large" fries. It was only half full. Also, had no seasonings. My sister took one and was able to bend it like rubber. Then, wegot to the wings. They were in a 1 can lake of sauce. Not to mention mine were so full if sauce they spilt on to my sister'swings. Let's just say, terrible experience and if you are going to waste money on food, honestly buy a McChicken from McDonald'sand then add some hot sauce to it. It would probably have better quality. I just walked out and got into my Lyft. Food smells great. I wanted to point out the extra care a worker took to make me feel... like a valued employee. When I ordered my food, I mentioned that I was going to try to time it up with a Lyft that was comingfor me. The worker noticed a car pull in and asked if it was for me. I said yes and he went over and asked how long until mystuff was ready to give me an update. He was super respectful to his fellow employees and super thoughtful towards me. I thoughtthat was awesome, and it is something I will remember. I did not get the guy?s name, but he had glasses. He took my order around7:25pm on Tuesday. Appreciate you looking out for me! Read more
