Horrible service. You never know if the lobby will be closed or open. Three of the times I?ve gone it has taken over 15 minutes... to recurve my food and one of those times I went and asked about it and they said they ?forgot to make my order? and when Ireceived my food it was made wrong and they forgot a taco. Recently with a mobile order that I had already payed for, the workertold me that they had zero mobile orders placed and then hung up the phone. Arrived at this location at 1:49am on a Saturday night, and there was a decent line in the drive thru. I was the 3rd car past... the speaker, and there were cars lined all the way past the speaker to the window. I actually think Taco Bell intentionally looks for the rudest people to run their stores. Guy at drive through window was beyond... rude. I?d actually reach out to the company but I know they don?t care. It?s just their night crew. Around midnight on Sundaygoing into Monday. Read more
Do not waste your money @ this Taco Bell. They don?t put hardly any meat, cheese or lettuce on the Doritos locos taco which is... $2.59 plus tax! Last time I went here they messed up my order.. sent my tacos falling out the wrapping upside down in the bag.An cook/employee argued with me when I complained about how nasty the food looked. My burrito was not formed to resemble a burrito. The hard shell taco was put together sloppy. The food was part warm. The staff... need trained making the food. I will not be back. Read more
Whoever that black girl was in drive through this morning was a c*** to deal with. Last time I had been to taco bell early in... the morning, we could still order lunch. So I asked for my lunch order and she informed me (rudely) that it was only breakfastright now. Okay. No problem. I asked for the protein bowl WHICH WAS LISTED ON THE BREAKFAST MENU and she YELLED at me thatagain, they were only doing breakfast currently. How am I supposed to know that something ON the breakfast menu, isn't servedduring breakfast? Honestly this location has been horrible for years and I rarely go here. But that solidified for me that I'llnever return to that location and very possibly taco bell all together. Get control of your staff and take some kind of pride inyour work. Read more
Waited for almost 2 hours for a door dash order because they lost it 3 different times. And then would not give me a drink for... waiting not even water. And threw the food at me. Poor customer service. Read more
16 minutes for a couple burritos and a couple tacos. Lobby was empty and no other orders before us. Extremely slow service.... They should go back to $9 an hour. Read more
