Paid 60 cents for sour cream on my taco and didn't get it, soft shell wad crisper then a hard shell is. Wait time is ridiculous.... And then I asked for two chipotle chicken melts there's barely any chicken on there no chipotle sauce and a little bit of cheesethen I stand at the counter for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me it's ridiculous I understand you're at a busy hour butto be messing up food like that and then to be wearing gloves while taking money and then go back and make the food again it'sdisgusting Read more
I'd given up on tacos bell in this area as the other location is a disaster. Decided to try this one, and am so glad I did! Was... pleasantly greeted upon walking in. The lady was super sweet even though I was having an indecisive meltdown. Finally got myorder and got home, food was fresh, it was all there and I went to bed fat and happy! Great location! Read more
Ok this Taco Bell sucks. We ordered our food and the total came out to be about 23 bucks. We waited for almost 25 minutes to get... to the window for the guy to try and hand us the wrong order. Apparently they didn?t even have our order. The manager came tothe window and she was very rude. We just drive off because we were not going to deal with trying to create a new order and thenhaving to wait another 20,000,000 years for our food. This place blows. Read more
The food was hot, but the service was slow. We were in the drive-thru for about 40 minutes with about 5 or 6 cars in front of... us.. Granted it was Midnight when we arrived, so maybe they were a bit understaffed? They were very apologetic for the waitand very friendly however, which was great. Staff extremely Rude refused to take order. Then I used the kiosk. Then after processing multiple drive through order. They said... they could not make my order. I asked for a refund and the denied me the option of a refund. Denied letting me speak to amanager. Forced me to take food I didn't want. Read more
No lettuce means no lettuce. Not the first time I've had this issue at this Taco Bell. Completely ruins my experience here.
Do not eat here. The workers here do not care about you, the food they serve, or their jobs. The burrito supreme bare have... anything in them, and are so stale the tortilla is hard and crunchy. Taco has barely a baby sized spoon of meat in it andactually looks like someone stepped on it Read more
Arrived at this location at 1:45am on a Saturday night, and it was already closed. Would understand if short staffed - but there... was a vehicle sitting at the drive thru window conversing with two of the taco bell employees who obviously weren't worriedabout working. Upsetting Read more
