Noticed food on the floor in the food preparation area. Tables in the dining area needed to be wiped. My order was missing... guacamole. And when asked about it was told they were short in it so they didn't bother to put any on it Well I paid for it soI want guacamole on it and for the price it was poorly made! Would NEEVERRRRRRR recommend anyone to eat here. Their GHETTO,SLOPPY,& VERYYY UNPROFESSIONAL! The Manager DAWAYNE(if that?s his... real name) ARGUED with me because I told him my order wasn?t right. I stopped in to pick up an Uber eats order, and watched in absolute disgust how the employees behind the counter treated/talked... to an elderly couple in front of me. You've got to be kidding me, since when have we gone so far downhill on customer servicethat we are argumentative or even hostile with customers.....you really dropped the ball, you need to do better....as someonewho has spent 20+ years in the food/hospitality industry, I was ashamed of this interaction that I witnessed.... Had a wedding and called in at 11:00 AM to order 150 tacos to be picked up at 10 PM. Rude at time of order. Showed up at 10 PM... and order was not started and again treated poorly. Canceled order and left. The way it was handled was worse then the order notbeing ready. Read more
Recently moved to the east side. This taco bell does something wrong everytime I go here, and I go a lot. And I really do mean a... lot. Usually three times a week. That's about 48 times since we moved to the east side. But anyway, I'm going to stop goinghere. Food is horribly made, not proportioned correctly, almost always missing the correct ingredients on the stuff I order. Idon't ever have any special requests for my order, it's just 90% of the time it's not made correctly. Usually ingredients aremissing from the items. If you don't have the ingredients, Just tell me so I don't get surprised, it's becoming BS. Thisoccurrence, the rice in my burrito is rock hard, burrito shells dried and cracked (not soft), almost as if they sat out allnight without the package being closed... In my cheese and bean burrito, no beans, just bean soup... Anyway, if I want food I'lljust go to the west side. Every restaurant I've gone to on this side of town has been a very bad experience every time. Guess weshould have moved somewhere in the west end, the west side is the best side after all! Read more
Went through the drive through and I was very impressed with the upkeep of the ordering area. The order confirmation screen is... very nice to confirm what you're ordering. I ended up getting the chicken power bowl with a side of chips and cheese. I have aweakness for the chips and cheese so I always order it. The power bowl is excellent. Just what I need some times. 07-01-22 line is super slow there has been more cars the Drive off then. Car went through. Not sure if they need more hiring or... people slacking. End up driving off as well and it looks like there are people inside just slacking.... As well this locationhalf the time is really awesome to come over. But there are times where some people that work that needs to get themselves a newjob for sure because attitude and the way they work is just awful ????. Easily one of the worst Taco Bell?s probably in the country, I paid for my food they gave me my card with no receipt, told me to... pull around to the other side of the building and made me wait for 25 minutes, so I finally walked in to ask where my food wasand it took 2-3 minutes for anyone to even greet me. When I asked where my order was I was passed between three workers Only tofind out they gave my food to someone else. As I was waiting for them to figure it out two other guests came in because theymessed up their orders too. Just observing how that kitchen functioned was interesting because it was the most disorganizedkitchen I?ve ever seen, everyone was every which way and there was food all over the floor when I got home and finally ate myfood the chicken tasted like it had been in a heated container all day.
