Long lines to even order the food.. took a half hour to even get my food.
Where to start on this non sense.... Placed a order online, the number 10 with a few extra toppings and got non of what I... ordered, no cheese, no honey mustard and no black pepper. Seems like they didn't even read the ticket order. I'll never go backand it's right up the street from me. Read more
This subway is near where I live but anytime I?ve tried to go (probably 5 times now, during the open hours, not close to... closing) the front doors are locked with all of the lights on. I?ve tried doing the drive through and have never gotten anythingafter waiting at the window for nearly 20 minutes. Read more
We ordered lunch at work through the app, Door Dash forgot part of our order and never showed back up at the store to deliver... it. The staff at this location was so amazing! The manager personally drove the rest of our order to the building! It was soappreciated! Read more
I liked to order online from the Sioux Falls Benson Road Subway and pick it up since it's fairly close to my house. Over the... course of the past few months, they've been putting less and less on the subs, which I imagine is a combination of staffingissues and inflation on ingredients. Today, I ordered a sub for my son and showed up a few minutes after the email had statedthe sub would be ready. I walked in and saw it wasn't done (no big deal), so I got in line to let them know I was there. AsI'm in line, the girl who starts the orders grabbed my receipt, looked at it, and said "yuck" and made a little choking sound,and started to make the sandwich. Then she yelled at the other two staff as to why there was another online order sitting therethat she hadn't noticed (that guy was waiting as well), and then complained about how stressed she was. There were only 2 employees working while it was a typical lunch rush but also all the college students that recently started... back from down the road. They were incredibly busy and a constant line to the door and online orders kept ringing in. They didan excellent job of maintaining composure, being polite, and being professional and conducting the flow. These are they type ofemployees all companies need. Please consider some extra compensation for them for working under those conditions given itsbillion dollar business. Bonus or an increase in wage for doing the work of 4 or 5 people but with only 2--and gracefully. Read more
Usually pretty decent. They even remember my previous order. I have had bad experiences on Saturdays. I never have problems... except Saturdays. Sometimes bad service, or they mess up my order. I called to pre-order my sub for lunch today, and they hungup on me. I have walked out before because the person working didn't acknowledge me! A simple "hi be right with you" would'vebeen fine. I would rate 4 stars, but not since I have had so many issue with them on Saturdays. Read more
Stopped to get breakfast at the drive through and the machine that takes the order screwed up and didn?t record my order I went... to the window to get my order they told me they didn?t get it, so I would have to go back through in-line and redo the order andI wasn?t about to get in the back of the line to have a chance to have the machine not recognize my order again , employee wasvery rude !!!
