Newer Starbucks, and once the newness wears off this location will probably be pretty nice because it will move people through... at a fast pace. It is in a bigger location, and it will be able to have a good drive through that moves people and allowsothers to park. Crowds should slow down too, as it is in a section of townthat typically is only visited by vehicles (nobody iswalking here). Read more

Although my experience was very quick, I have to compliment the service!! Thank you to the barista taking drive thru orders for... her friendliness and welcoming tone, and to EMMA for being so sweet! While waiting for my drink she asked me how my day wasgoing and it felt genuine. She continued to make small talk with me until my order was ready and didn?t just shut the window onmy face telling me it would be out in a minute. Poor customer interaction. Treated us as if we didn't belong in there. "Manager" had a short attitude. Felt a lowkey "we don't... like black people" vibes. Do not shop here if you're a person of color. The pride flag up front is just a front to hide how theyfeel. Read more
I ordered ahead with the app, and to no fault of Starbucks I ordered too early, because I didn't know how long it would take me... to get across town. Well when I arrived, the drive through line was very long and slow - so our drinks had been sitting thereawhile. All that being said, the service was friendly and our PSL, Pink Drink, and Dragon drinks were still yummy! Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks location, baristas are super friendly, and the drinks are always made right and within 5 minutes.... It?s really convenient since I work nearby. Other reviews complaining about the drive-thru line are kinda silly, consideringthere?s always a line at every Starbucks during rush hours. Go early, go late, or order ahead. Read more
