I am not a frequent starbucks customer but i got a gift card so i went. The lady who took my order was very nice. I got a large... caramel macchiato based on her recommendation. They forgot the caramel so i went back up and asked a different lady who was notas nice. Mind you i warned tgem that i never went there, but the lady was still very rude as she grabbed my drink and addedcaramel. I will not be returning. Read more
Newly remodeled. Very fast service. Consistently good and correctly made drinks. The best Starbucks in town.
As a Starbucks partner and long-time customer, I personally understand the struggle of opening a new store and learning a lot of... recipes at once. That being said, I?ve placed two orders a week this month and all of them have had one issue or another. I?veordered hot drinks on the app and picked them up iced, I?ve ordered sandwiches that weren?t marked as out of stock on the appand gotten a surprise when they weren?t ready after I paid for them. The 3 times I've tried this location I've been the 3rd or 4th car in line in the drive through and every time have waited a... minimum of 30 minutes for a simple cold brew. Im reminded every time, why I stay with local shops! Read more
I?m a veteran Starbucks customer but I try independent?s as often as I can. Today I ordered a grande iced peppermint mocha with... vanilla sweet cream topping. The gal who took the order didn?t write it correct and thought I wanted a white chocolatemocha. I had it remade and told her it should be dark. A different gal remade it but made it with the white chocolate. Iexplained what a mocha is (I felt condescending doing so) and she told me she was new. I gave her a break for that. I had athird girl remake it. May have been crew manager as she knew what to do. This is the first time I had a drink remade twice. All I wanted was a peppermint mocha. I think part of the problem is getting good help these days. Many businesses can?t findgood workers anymore, post Covid. Read more
Gunnar refused to serve coffee to my own cup, saying I have to wash it first myself (outside the shop). It would take him... exactly 3 sec to splash the coffee remaining in my cup with water, but he didn't want to do it himself. Worst experience inStarbucks ever. Read more
I came during off-peak hours (in the morning), and so I don't know what it's like during the rushes. However, I had a very... pleasant experience at this location--the floors were mopped, everything looked clean, and the baristas were very friendly.PLENTY of space to feel comfortable and get some work done.
