I am not a frequent starbucks customer but i got a gift card so i went. The lady who took my order was very nice. I got a large... caramel macchiato based on her recommendation. They forgot the caramel so i went back up and asked a different lady who was notas nice. As a Starbucks partner and long-time customer, I personally understand the struggle of opening a new store and learning a lot of... recipes at once. That being said, I?ve placed two orders a week this month and all of them have had one issue or another. I?veordered hot drinks on the app and picked them up iced, I?ve ordered sandwiches that weren?t marked as out of stock on the appand gotten a surprise when they weren?t ready after I paid for them.
