chicken sandwich was cold but the tenderloins were hot and juicy.
Missing items, couldn't get my money back. Called, I know they were busy but the only option for a delivery order is for us to... go pick it up or for them to write our name down for next time we go in... We didn't order a pickup, we honestly avoid that partof town.... They could have called us back to make it right... If we are calling we are clearly trying to tell them of theirerror. Order got delivered and was missing a kids meal and a salad. Sent my husband to go pick it up salad was awful wilted lettuce... couldn?t even eat it. The bun on the spicy sandwich was mush it was gross this is the third time I have tried this location andevery time it has been awful. I would like a full refund for the food please email me. I frequent slim chickens and usually have a great experience. Today when visiting I ordered the cayenne ranch dry rub wings and... got the lemon pepper instead. When I went up to the workers with my food and my receipt in hand and told them that the wingswere lemon pepper they denied it and said there just wasn't a lot of seasoning on the wings and handed me back my food.Unfortunately it was lemon pepper.. and while not a big deal it was upsetting. I picked six flavors and she gave me all mango habanero and one bbq hoping I don?t notice, and to top it off, a string of hair... sticking out of the sauce? Yea No thank you! Very clean place with good chicken! French fries were hot and crispy. Great selection of teas: peach, raspberry, and just... regular sweet tea. Slim sauce was pasty and a bit disappointing. The toast was also pretty average. Good stop for lunch overall! Read more
First time ever coming to this place. We each had the Tender Mac and Cheese bowl and were not disappointed. First, the... customer service was very impressive. A somewhat younger staff, but all cheerful and seemed like they enjoyed what they weredoing. As for the bowl, the Mac and Cheese was really hot and creamy, and the chicken was not overly breaded or greasy. It'stoo bad were getting back on the road inthe morning. Having lived in Vegas for the past 3 years, I was craving some Raisin Canes chicken. But not having those in Sioux Falls, my... only option is Slim Chickens. I ordered the Cayenne Ranch Chicken Sandwich and my better half ordered the 3 piece Tender meal.My sandwich was better than expected. It's not Raisin Canes but it's delicious. Restaurant was nice, clean and staff wasfriendly enough. No complaints and I will definitely be coming back. At least until Sioux Falls gets a Canes. Read more
