You guys forgot the green peppers, not a huge deal but you did make me pay for them. I learned through this experience that... Pizza Hut offers no recourse from corporate if they screw up your order. They just leave you an automated review to fill outand beyond that it's between you and the store. So if they screw up good luck. Gonna be going to Dominos from here out. Read more
This pizza was absolutely fantastic in every single way. Plenty of toppings that were evenly distributed. Pizza was nice and... hot and cut in eight perfect pieces! Thank you Pizza Hut for making this Dad and Mom of two Irish Twin babies more thansatisfied with dinner! Read more
They messed up our pizza and didn't make it right. We had to call 3 times and be put on home 15 minutes one of those calls to... get someone. The had to beg for a credit on our account because they gave us a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni lovers. Wewere also told that they couldn't deliver us the pizza we ordered and paid for because delivery was closed. At 6pm on a Fridayevening! Haha! So....I wasn't sure how to approach this issue. I ordered a Detroit Style Pizza last night. Im originally from Michigan. Wanted... to see how they do it at The Hut. Once it was delivered, I realized it was definitely not a Detroit Style. It was a Detroitinspired Sicilian Style Pizza. I didn't care too much. I was hungry. Pizza was good. But not what I wanted. I hope this is nothow all the shops are doing it. Cuz it's wrong. Wouldn't mind trying a real one from you guys. Read more
Ordered from this place twice in 5 days. The first time, delivery was made promptly, but they didn't bring parmesan cheese as... requested. 2nd time ordered, the driver called me saying he was outside my door with my delivery. He wasn't. When I called himback, he told me he was at the wrong building. Then he texts me asking me to meet him downstairs for my order. Again, noparmesan as requested. Also, top of pizza box caved in getting cheese all over the lid. Also the box for the wings was cavedin. I don't think I'll be ordering from this store again. Read more
