Employee brought our order to the parking lot. He recited our order to make sure it was right. When we got home everything was... completely wrong. They gave us the wrong order. One and a half hour drive back wasn't feasible so we just ate it. It was notgood. Read more

I love Panda Express, but this location consistently has a limited selection of entrees and the last few times the food has been... MUCH spicier than usual. Really unpleasant during and after the meal if you know what I'm saying. Read more

Worst customer service in my life. The boy who took my order kept rushing me and was incredibly rude. I understand when you?re... running low on items but if you?re out of stock on the whole menu at 6:30 on a Friday, then just close. Every time I asked foran item, he would just say they?re out?then proceed to ask "anything else!?" when I didn?t have anything on my order. All theyhad was rice and a couple entrees I could chose from. They need training all over again! Read more

We came here today because our first experience was great. But today the orange chicken was very dry. The honey walnut shrimp,... which is premium priced, was rather tasteless. We waited for fresh fried rice, but it was mostly white rice. Really disappointedin the food. Read more

Arrived at 7:35 PM & hoped to order food from the drive-thru. They are scheduled to close at 8 PM which would seem to indicate... that they are serving full portions for another 25 minutes. However, that wasn't the case. Before starting our order, the workersaid we only have a few items on the menu left & only enough rice to fill a small bowl. He said, "we close at 8 so we are donecooking." We chose to go somewhere else (along with 3 cars behind us). Perhaps the owner knows about this kind of thinghappening, but if he/she doesn't, I hope this review helps shed some light. Your sales are being adversely impacted because theworkers don't want to "cook more food" at 7:30 PM on a Friday night. Read more

Went through the drive thru - repeated my order 3x, then I am told they are out of an item, so I have to choose and repeat the... rest again, then I am told they are out of yet another item, so I choose another - then there is still an item not listed so Irepeat again. Then when I added a couple of extra items like spring rolls and Crab Rangoon I had to repeat it again - get home,and I have no Crab Rangoon. Wow! Terrible! Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I visited the Arrowhead Parkway location on 7/21/2022. I took the food home and didn't... finish my entire drink so I dumped it into the sink before throwing the cup away. Unfortunately for me that is when I discoveredthat there was a disgusting, dirty dime in my drink. I can't imagine that was an accident. I can only imagine what they did tomy food as well. Read more

The only reason it's 3 stars and not 5 is because I usually order on the app and the Super Greens, while always amazing, are... never available and have to be cooked after I arrive. If it were to be cooked for freshness each time, I would understand,however, I don't believe that to be the case. I normally wait an additional 15 minutes after my requested arrival time on theapp before I get my food. I've tried to set my arrival time for earlier and then arrive 15 minutes late just to avoid thissituation, however, it seems this doesn't change the delay. I hate how good the Super Greens are because they are the mainreason I come. Read more
