Worst customer service in my life. The boy who took my order kept rushing me and was incredibly rude. I understand when you?re... running low on items but if you?re out of stock on the whole menu at 6:30 on a Friday, then just close. Every time I asked foran item, he would just say they?re out?then proceed to ask "anything else!?" when I didn?t have anything on my order. We came here today because our first experience was great. But today the orange chicken was very dry. The honey walnut shrimp,... which is premium priced, was rather tasteless. We waited for fresh fried rice, but it was mostly white rice. Really disappointedin the food. Read more
Arrived at 7:35 PM & hoped to order food from the drive-thru. They are scheduled to close at 8 PM which would seem to indicate... that they are serving full portions for another 25 minutes. However, that wasn't the case. Before starting our order, the workersaid we only have a few items on the menu left & only enough rice to fill a small bowl. He said, "we close at 8 so we are donecooking." We chose to go somewhere else (along with 3 cars behind us). Perhaps the owner knows about this kind of thinghappening, but if he/she doesn't, I hope this review helps shed some light. Your sales are being adversely impacted because theworkers don't want to "cook more food" at 7:30 PM on a Friday night. Read more
