We came here for our wedding anniversary dinner and experienced nothing but Terrible service and food tonight. I ordered chicken... Marsala the chicken didn't taste right to me like it wasn't done all the way or something it was awful. Then I ordered awatermelon sangria it took 20+ mins to get it I ordered a second one and it never came before we finished I cancelled the drinkorder. 1 drink served in an hour is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely ruined the night for me. McDonald's does better for afraction of the price. Glad we spent $65 on garbage. Read more

I opted to wait for a table through the app so we didn't have to wait too long in the lobby and it worked out well for us. After... we were seated, our waitress could see we were ready to order right away which was nice to not have to wait. She was very promptwith service and was very thoughtful! As there were only two of us, we were seated at a tall table in the bar section, so we could be seated right then. Initially my... husband told the waitress we don't drink, but I thought since it was my birthday I might get a drink for us to share. Weexplained to the lady the only experiences with alcohol I've had were two very dry champagnes and moonshine. My husband askedfor a recommendation for something that wasn't dry, and she suggested the spiked strawberry lemonade which we ordered to comewith the meal. We received the salad and gnocchi soup which were very good. We noticed the bread sticks are still being bakedharder on the ends. Our meal came. He ordered his usual chicken alfredo, and I passed on one of my favorites, chicken parmesan,and chose shrimp scampi. The food was hot. My dish could have used more garlic and it had a few "woody" asparagus pieces.Overall, it was pleasing to the eye with the green asparagus, red tomatoes, pink shrimp, and the white pasta and was good. Thedrink was light and fruity. It wasn't dry, and the mint in the drink was refreshing. It was a pretty drink with its pink,yellow, green mint, and red strawberry slice. I discovered a birthday person gets a free dessert, so I chose the strawberryvanilla creme sponge cake. Just as our server brought out the dessert and I was saying, "Awww..." over the chocolate "Happybirthday," she turned her head away, and sneezed into her armpit. Not one of my best experiences, I actually got pretty frustrated! We called ahead and made a reservation. We got there at our... reservation time and still had to wait 15-20 minutes to get seated, got seated, got our drink order taken. 8 minutes went by, nodrinks, 10 minutes went by and our waiter stopped at the table to he didn't forget about us. 12 minutes went by our waiter satanother table of 4 by us. 15 minutes went by and the table that just got sat by us got their drinks and bread sticks/salad, wehave to even get drinks! We had to flag down a different server to ask if she has seen our waiter or our drinks and way wehaven't got our bread, salad or soup yet! Finally, a manager brings our beverages and says anything else, yeah my glass of wine.He says I didn't see any wine on list, I said forget it, I was to frustrated. All said and done 2 hours an 23 minutes just getfood, drinks, eat and leave. The waiter we had should find a different job, being waiter is not for him! However, the food wasvery good and manager did give us a very nice discount on our bills and that is why they get 3 stars instead of the 2 wanted togive them. Read more

We stopped here for lunch after visiting the butterfly garden. It was very hot outside. The hostess greeted us and brought us to... our table. The waitress was friendly and took our order. We received the food promptly. Our food was delicious, but ourbreadsticks tasted like they have been sitting out for awhile. We appreciated our waitress checking in on us a few times, butshe never refilled our water. After the waitress checked in on us the second time, we never saw her again. We are not sure whathappened to her, but didn’t feel this was the best customer service. Our son was looking forward to the mints. Although afterwaiting for 15 - 20 minutes, we decided to leave. Oh my goodness this was EXACTLY what we needed. The server Galen was on the ball, if we had a need, he took care of it promptly... and we never felt we were forgotten even though the restaurant had plenty of customers.
