Great food! You can order off the delicious Minerva's Restaurant menu, which is next door attached to Paramount thru a... doorway!! Paramount Bar/Restaurant is old fashioned elegance, but crowded!!! The restaurant is long but very narrow. We went todine there and watch Mogen's Heros perform, but there was standing room only for some people, and quite a lot of others camein, looking for a table but there were none empty.... so they would turn around and leave. Seems to me Paramount should open awall and expand into Minerva's next door since they already serve their food. I would not recommend Paramount to a largegroup. You may not get a table near your friends if there is more than 4 of you. But the greatest feature about Paramount isthat they offer you the choice of ordering from Minerva's delicious menu (including the huge unlimited salad bar) or from theirown Paramount menu. Read more
Very nice atmosphere and happy hour. Excellent burgers! I will be back again on my next visit to Sioux Falls.
Paramount is branded as a cocktail bar however in my experience, they do not carefully craft cocktails but rather take the easy... route by giving you a run-of-the-mill bar experience. Ordered a Tom Collins only to get a gin and Sprite with grenadine and acherry. What I expected was a traditional drink with simple syrup, club soda and lemon juice. When asked to remake, I overheardthe bartenders complain that it’s “easier to make with Sprite”. While it may be easier, that’s a drink one could getanywhere; at a cocktail bar one would expect an elevated experience and quality. Read more

Great classy atmosphere , gave it 4 because we had to wait a long time to get our drinks and also our waitress disappeared when... we were trying to get our check and we waited for over 10 minutes and it was not super busy. Read more
