Food was okay, however the service was very slow and lacking. I had also ordered an ice cream sundae, to which the employee... filled the ice cream in the cup and set the ice cream on top of the machine for an additional 15 minutes while they refilled thefudge. Needless to say the ice cream was melting in this time. I asked for a new one due to the melted ice cream and they saidit was melting from the hot fudge. Poor service today. Read more
The lady at the drive threw was extremely rude. We didn't get everything we ordered. We only got 1 thing of fries when we... ordered 2. And 1 cheeseburger when we ordered 2. They charged us for the fries and burger that we didn't get. Read more
We arrived here 7:30pm, Saturday Oct 22. Very few cars in the parking lot. We proceeded to the drive-thru, three vehicles ahead... of us. We ordered a # 7 and preceded to pay and get our order. 30 minutes later or what felt like thirty min we moved ahead tothe first window. Five min later we got our food. Had to wait for a window washer while in order lane during LUNCH HOUR. And not just one window but both windows. I would think... there would be a better time to wash the windows than lunch hour. Went to this location to get my kids supper, saw that have holiday pies. I asked for some and they said it'd be 13 mins. I told... them I would be back. About 20 mins later I'm back and they still do not have the pies. Employee asked the manager Rachel aboutthem and she got an attitude about it saying they're not down and won't be ready anytime soon. Apparently the Employee wasinterrupting her from sitting on the counter by the landing zone while she was on her phone making the employees do EVERYTHINGinstead of her helping out. Read more
