This was my first time eating at Lalibela, and I really enjoyed it. I had never had Ethiopian food before, and our server... explained the menu so I'd have an idea what to order. All the food was delicious, and I especially liked eating everything withthe injera bread. Definitely check it out, I had a lot of fun learning about the cuisine, and I left full and happy! First time trying Ethiopian food and I'm glad I came to the right restaurant. The owner was amazing and provided friendly and... attentive service. I recommend the Awaze beef tibs if you like a little spice in your meal. The Injera bread is awesome, itreminds me of an Indian bread called Dosa due to its similar texture and flavor. If you're in the mood to try something new orlooking for a good Ethiopian restaurant, Lalibela has you covered! Read more

I had the beef key wot and it was delicious. The menu said that it was going to be spicy but I didn't think that it was. It was... the perfect blend of spices. We went around noon on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. Our service was good and we were notrushed. There was a very diverse group of customers. I would eat here again and recommend. Read more
