I stopped in for coffee a few days ago and found that they no longer have regular coffee, but a cappuccino-type machine like... they have at the doctor's office. I didn't like the coffee and told the cashier but she didn't seem to care. I calledcorporate but the only option was to leave a message and it took them almost a week to return my call. I missed their returncall and then the number they left, and it directed me to leave a message again. Very frustrating.
