Took my wife after a hospital stay ordered the 8 piece dinner deal when we left to have a picnic in the park we were provided no... place settings to include NO silver ware eat Mash Potatoes and Gravy. No salt etc. Nothing. For $35.00 stay away. Not good. Read more

Mine was ordered through the drive-thru and I ordered two piece leg combo, mashed potatoes without gravy. And a lemon cake. When... I got home there was gravy on my mashed potatoes, they did not give me no plastic silverware. So I had to eat it with myfingers. And I ordered the original crust but they didn't have nothing but the crispy so I had to end up eating that. I thinkyou people need to start training employees a lot better cuz they do not know what they're doing. Restaurant #C750138 cashier:Adin I would like to have a free coupon to get what I wanted. But on the other hand I will let you know that the chicken wasgood (I just don't like crispy I like the original). I would like to see that these younger adults gets trained better. Love being allowed to order food on your app- get confirmation of said order, drive to get said order just to find out you?re... closed for remodel. Now I get to call a 1800 number and figure out how to get my money back or even just getting the ordermoved to a different location. I love kfc but this has been a solid -2/10 experience. It?s KFC do you know exactly what it is you know what you?re getting it?s the same everywhere you go the one thing I will say is... they typically don?t have any spicy chicken I?m not sure if that?s just something that they don?t carry in this part of thecountry or if they were just out every time I?ve been there. Buffet never got stocked when we were there. They were out of pepper, yes pepper! My girlfriend asked for some white gravy... because the buffet was out, and they acted as if it was the end of the world. When it came back it was like water. Read more
