Absolutely horrible. Ordered all natural turkey with gravy. Got dried turkey without gravy. Then the side salad was literally... all lettuce. Oh they did give me two things of dressing to go over my lettuce. Will never go back !!!! Read more
We stopped here on our way home from a roadtrip. We were seated right away and there were maybe 5 other tables occupied. The... section we were sat in was disgusting. Tables hadn?t been cleared, two tables were being used for silverware trays and multipletables had employee belongings scattered across them. The floor had sugar packets everywhere and hadn't been cleaned in awhile.We ordered 4 of us total, an omelet, burrito, and pancakes. We waited over an hour and a half for our food as we watched orderafter order being taken to the front for take out. In house guests should always be taken care of before to go orders. Worst place I?ve eaten at. We waited for half a hour to get our drinks ordered and another hour to get our food. I ordered the... chicken strips and fries and my boyfriend got French toast. They got our drinks wrong the first time. The entire staff wasfighting with each other in the back and for all of us to hear. Our own waiter was complaining the whole time to us that hedidn?t want to work there and just wanted to go home. They have such bad communication skills. We shouldn?t had to wait for ahour for our food and another half a hour just to order drinks. They weren?t even busy when we were there.???? Just sodisappointed and a waste of money and time. When we got there we waited 15 minutes to get seated. The host ran around trying to find a manager with a customers credit card.... When we got seated we got placed by the kitchen and we waited 50 minutes to get our food. It wasn?t very busy at all. While wewere waiting we over heard all the conversations in the kitchen. One of the ?managers? told someone else to go get the smokersto come back inside because she didn?t give them permission to take a smoke break. At this time there was a 30 minute wait butour waitress had many seats open and had time to go out for a smoke break but they didn?t have time to be seated?. I could seeinside the kitchen and watch our food die in the window for 15 minutes. Once our food arrived it was cold and there was a hairin it. We sat another 15 minutes for our bill. They also had all of there personal items in booths around the restaurant alongwith a big jug of protein powder. Read more
Great food but it was really slow. They weren't full of customers and it was after 1 pm but it took until 2 to get our food.
Food was good and our server was amazing!! I meant to get her name and I forgot!! She was so upbeat, helpful and super busy... doing seating, taking orders, delivering orders and bussing tables!! She stopped several times to make sure we were doing good!!A great example of being proud of your job and work no matter what gets thrown at you!! Thank you!! Read more
