TL;DR Terrible customer service with no sense of delegation or priorities. Upper management must be lost. It?s incredible every... time I stop here, no matter the time of day, I am having to wait in-line. Yet plenty of cashiers (maybe managers?) standingaround talking or nonchalantly stocking the store? with a line of 7 people that is unacceptable by any standard. Now to thestaff. if crystal is in any type of leadership position it should be stripped with the quickness. That girl is the opposite ofcustomer service. And I have a hunch the rest of the staff follow her lead of not caring. I am sure it all starts at the verytop, since this store has been this way for at least 6 months now. I just left this store, 9:37am on Thursday morning (5/19/22). I bought 3 red bulls because you have signs up saying its buy 2... get 1 free. When I get to the register I was charged over $9! Clerk says they're not on sale anymore. I tell her you still havethe signs up. She says "oh really, I'll go take them down". How bout the clerks take them down before selling them and how boutyou honor your advertised price????? It's not my fault you didnt take the signs down. I am a former employee that got fired on the spot by Ryan... the store manager here. I was told "no breaks" and I witnessed 3... people fired in the span of a week. I am filing a discrimination claim with my lawyer and the EEOC. This has to be one of theworst managers I have ever seen in my life. Read more
I love this place!!! It is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It has a nice selection in the store. The bathrooms are clean. It... sells liquor. It has an air pump as well as selling gas. The pumps have a ?television? that runs the weather and news which isnice. It?s reasonable on gas prices compared to everyone else. It is tricky to get out of if you are trying to go north onLouise. The store is advertising fuel at $1.66/gal but charging $1.79/gal. When my husband spoke to the manager/employee about this he... was told no correction could be made because my husband had already paid. When my husband asked how many other people wereovercharged, he was told "Get out of my store or I'll call the police." My husband ultimately was given a refund for thedifference by a cashier, not the manager. The customer service is terrible! Read more
Lots of problems with carwash, they don't seem to care. My pickup was all rattling and thrown around there, felt like the... pulling mechanism is defective and scratched tires too, according to some reviews you may end up with punctured tires as well. Read more
