First time here and I was impressed from the moment we walked in. Nice man was there to greet us at the door and guided us on... the process. People at the desk and guy who brought us up were all very friendly and helpful. The system was easy to use with avariety of games. I've only golfed once in my life and I had a blast. Great fun for all ages and abilities. If you have any fearof heights the top floor might make your knees weak! Our server Brooke was helpful, honest & knowledgeable. The food was good! Read more
First time at Great Shots and I was very out of my element but I still had a lot of fun. That staff explained how everything... worked and what games we should play as beginners. We also ordered food which was very tasty! As we were getting to the end ofour hour, the system notified us and gave us the opportunity to extend our time with additional 15 minute intervals. We wereable to give a point handicap to the one person who knew how to golf in our group and give bonus points to the kids. It was agood time even for those of us who had no clue what we were doing. The entrance was up 3 sets of stairs but there was anelevator to the right of the steps for folks who can't climb up. Over all, we had a good time. Would recommend for a fun time ifyou never have golfed or you are a frequent golfer. Read more

I've gone here about 20 times, and every time it gets better. Staff is incredibly helpful, courteous, and always available. ... The drinks are pretty pricey, but the food is more than reasonable. It's warm in the winter depending on the wind directionthanks to the overhead thermal heaters. Callaway clubs are available upon request if you don't want to use the house clubs. There are multiple games to play and virtual courses. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to golf in the winter in SouthDakota. Read more
