I've been a customer and fan since they first opened here in Sioux Falls as I first became familiar with them in Omaha. The... last three orders we have gotten from Eileen's here in Sioux Falls have been wrong and this morning was no different. The largecookie was supposed to be wrapped and it wasn't. Very disappointed and with increasing competition, you'd think they would bestepping up their game. Not sure I will continue to patronize them. Read more
My fiancee is from hastings where this chain originated and she was super ecstatic to hear the koolaid cookies were back.... Whenever we visit sufu and have a few spare minutes, we always end up here because she absolutely adores their cookies. Why am Igiving her opinion not mine? It's not because I have a different opinion... It's because she once caught me eating a burntcookie off the floor after it had a mishap leaving the pan.... 5 second rule man.... also, I rated that cookie yummy as well....sooo my cookie standards are much lower than hers. I love white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. These would?ve been awesome if cooked just a bit more.
Had them decorate cookies for my gr- grandchildren's birthday(2) and they were a sensation! We opened the box and everyone went... "aahhh", except the little one who shouted "cookies!!!" with a giant smile. Decorations were very special and will surely do itagain. Read more
