Love the butter burgers, veggie burgers are good too! Don't like that the vanilla custard is exposed to all workers walking by,... coughing ect. They all scoop from a premature mound of it to save time. Not sanitary! Read more
Good food always but the older gentleman James deserves a raise! Speaks to everyone on the way in and out with a smile and has... the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time around Sioux Falls. Just brightens everyone's mood. Read more
We ordered cheese balls to go with our meal and was disappointed. They were bland and not the delicious side that we loved for... years. Our burger was OK. Overall, it was not an outstanding experience. They do get credit for making the food fresh. Read more
Staff was friendly, but they seem short staffed. Pretzel bites were amazing. Honestly why I gave 4 stars. The Wisconsin bread... had these weird tasting seeds baked in tho, im not a fan of w/e they are and their weird grassy aftertaste. Read more
Standard Midwest burgers, those are decent, prices are up, but inflation hits everywhere, so not surprising. Custard flavor of... the day was Turtle. Definitely an off day, pic shows what should have been turtle was almost all vanilla. I'm not normally agood picture taker, but this was noteworthy. I like vanilla, so not the end of the world, but also not really a turtle sundaeeither. I'll hope for better effort next time. Read more
Ordered the Salted Caramel Pumpkin Concrete Mixer and was less than impressed. It was more a shake than a mixer but the part... that bugged me the most was that I was charged for a normal small mixer and an additional $1 for a pump of caramel. I asked theperson at the register if that?s normally how it is charged and they said ?that?s how I have been doing it.? Was definitely notworth the $6 and some odd cents I paid for it. Read more
