Mostly terrible customer service and sloppy work. The employees mostly seem unhappy. It?s not clear why, but there certainly... no focus on the customer or providing fresh food. Hopefully this will improve as Chipotle should be a great place to enjoy afast, semi-healthy meal. Read more
Sat in chipotlane for 30 minutes while my food got cold because the employees don't utilize the pull over parking spots for pick... ups. Food was cold but good. Hopefully the kinks get worked out at this store. Read more
So, their grill is STILL broken and they have no meats. Literally, no steak, no chicken. This would never fly anywhere else and... you forced me back to QDoba. I can't deal with the vegetarian thing, anymore. Things are getting pretty slim in Sioux Falls whenit comes to dependable, good food and at this point, the dependability is waning. Read more
This Chipotle was very dirty when we arrived and they were not busy. Almost every pan of food looked empty, except the white... rice. The mild salsa was more water on the bottom than tomatoes. Beans were dry and crusty. Brown rice, the Cilantro was browntoo. 2 managers on duty, plus chef, but one person was left to do the whole burrito. We've eaten at a lot of Chipotle's and thisone was not great. Read more
My wife and I went for an afternoon date. We hadn?t been to Chipotle for a while. We walked in, and were able to be served... right away. The line quickly formed behind us though and the line didn?t end the rest of the time we were there. People flowedthrough quick enough though. This location seems to run quite efficient. We were able to sit at a clean table, our meal wasdelicious, and we had a great time. Read more
Disappointed last visit. I ordered on line and unless they have changed portion sizes the bowl I received when I opened at lunch... was barely half what I remember when picking up at store. So the picture is the full bowl I got standing in line versus the halffull bowl received ordering online. Very disappointing. Read more
I was so happy when the Chipotle opened here. Having moved from Kansas City we are not new to Chipotle and ate there frequently.... BUT, I'm so disappointed in this Sioux Falls Chipotle. Every time I have gone there the portions are very small. I am not onewho likes huge portions when going out to eat. Most restaurants have too big of portions. But this Chipotle is a bit on theridiculous side. Also, this locations is DIRTY! We didn't even want to sit inside because all of the open tables were so dirtyand the floor was sticky and gross. Absolutely terrible. We were on a road trip and stopped here. Upon ordering they were out of white rice, which is fine. Then I... noticed the drive through section had a whole bin of white rice. We couldn't have that though. Ordered a steak burrito and arice bowl. Upon getting back on the road, we took one bite and everything was Ice cold including the meat. We didnt eat any ofit for the fear of food poisoning. This was at 12 15. In the middle of lunch. 30 some dollars for this??? I will be calling toget a refund. Chipotle has gone downhill. Read more
