We came as they were opening so they were just getting everything all ready. They were very fast and very friendly. This place has gone down hill meat tastes cheap and over kill on the sauce was soggy unable to eat

I guess I'll start off with my biggest complaint, which is the price. I literally ordered 1 regular (not large) Cheesesteak... combo meal and 1 regular cheesesteak sandwich and 1 soda. I ordered the bacon 3 cheese and asked for no veggies on my sandwich and for only the Mayo to be left on, the rude man taking my... order put on the ticket ?no Mayo?. My mother was with me and she ordered the same thing, but the man taking our order chargedher for the regular Philly cheesesteak and then added bacon for an extra charge. Will not be going back. Some reviews say that the food was bland. Maybe they had Covid-19 and lost their sense of taste. I have eaten at Charleys many... times and found the sandwiches to be full of flavor and quite delicious. I never have to add anything to mine to add to theflavor. I should of posted this in November. The food is awesome. Working there doesn't make any sense to me. The week before and after... Thanksgiving my daughter suddenly was getting fevers. Thanksgiving week she was perfectly fine till the week after found out itsa double ear infection. I don't think its fair that I lost a awesome job that i really loved to make my daughter happy i lost itbecause my daughter was sick and im a single mom. Management has a young child. So when she was sick she couldn't go to daycare.Now i cant find any place that's hiring close to the daycare since i don't have a vehicle and i had a covid exposure but amstill negative have not been positive since it started just getting diapers and some clothes. I have always loved this place. Eat here countless times in a month. However one thing I don't like, on the chicken buffalo I... ask for light buffalo sauce and when I receive my sandwich, I think it has more than the normal amount, every single time.
