I use the Upside app when buying gas. Casey?s is commonly a station to use for a discount. Because Casey?s isn?t connected with... auto review of my credit card, Upside must confirm my purchases. Even though I provided a picture of the receipt, this Casey?swas too lazy to verify my $80 gas purchase that was on THEIR OWN RECEIPT. Ordered a breakfast pizza deal with cheesesticks and 8 wings. Pizza had holes all over in the dough as u can see, the... cheesestix were burnt and didn't get marinara sauce. And the wings I ordered were supposed to be boneless and I got bone in andwhen I threw the box of wings away it had a time set to 4pm written on the bottom of the box. Which means they took my wingsstraight outta the pre made warmer. So they didn't even ATTEMPT to make my wings fresh or correct. This is flat out lazinessand PATHETIC. 5-star pizza, man. Get that breakfast kine. Also, donuts are boss, snacks are great, service is meh at worst and totally groovy... at best. I love this joint. Went into your store to give a gift to a friend. Got pizza, soda and a donut from Casey's on Kiwanis sioux falls South Dakota.... The manager Bryan was working with Chicago. The pizza was over sized and hung off the wrapper. I asked the pizza cook *chicago*to hold it for a second so I could grab my donut. He put it on the dirty counter and my pizza got dirty. With covid around Iasked for a new one since it was gross. As I was walking over Bryan the manager said he was gonna charge me double. While it mayhave been funny and a joke to him I found it distasteful and decided to skip the pizza. He got ANGRY with me over that fact andsaid "Ma'am let this be your last visit to our store." Over me deciding not to take pizza over a joke I didn't find funny. Itwas very unprofessional unpleasant and it upset me greatly as I am a frequent customer. This was supposedly a taco pizza?.Generally we love Casey?s pizza but this was the WORST Casey?s pizza we?ve ever had. Not to... mention it left us not feeling well the next day.
