Ok so I've gone here and ordered from them several times and everytime my order is either cold or wrong this time today I've had... to go there twice today because the people working there clearly don't understand how to do an order they gave me tge samesandwich twice I a row that I didn't order and was wrong once I went through the drive through and asked for a recipt was theonly one in line and waited for quite awhile the second time was to go back again to get the correct order and they still hot itwrong no point in being at a business with people that work there who can't even get one sandwich right also they r very rude sothey have list my business for goid not just this place but every burger king in tge world so sad I wouldn't even give them halfa star Read more
I waited in line while they said they needed to prepare other orders. There was no vehicles in the parking lot nobody in the... drive-thru. I sat and waited for 10 minutes and not a person set a thing. This service is absolutely awful and I will never beback. I wish I could give zero stars. Read more
I have no clue why this BK has 2 stars. We came at 7:00pm and the night staff was awesome. Super good service! The mozzarella... sticks did however taste like chemicals? but everything else was 100%, and I don?t think one little mistake is worth ruining areputation over. I would come here again(: Read more
I frequent this BK due to my workplace being so close. I've had most everything on the menu at least 3 times over the years.... These folks work hard and do their best to keep quality up. In the literal hundreds of times I've been here there's only beentwo sub par orders. I've spoken to them and they fixed it or gave me a voucher the next time I go through. Read more
Employees can't even put the burger together properly. Girl taking our order did an exceptional job, we asked for no mayo or... onion and receipt was accurate.. We got both and so we went back through the drive through and explained what was wrong got anew sandwich...and it had onions on it once again. We came through 20 minutes ago . 2 chicken sandwiches , whopper WITH CHEESE , and a large fry . The order was ready when we got... to the window . What was so difficult about getting a warm burger with cheese . The meat was cold , and no cheese . The frieswere barely warm , definitely not fresh . Chicken sandwiches were great . Just super disappointing when you?ve been working allday , to tired to cook, and this is your cheat meal for the week . Thanks for the food , our tummies are full .
