We go here for lunch frequently and I always use mobile ordering whether dine in or drive thru. Its always great and fast... service here. Employees are always very friendly! My order has always been correct. Never an issue here! Read more
Two stars because the young lady was super nice but they gave me this....
Really helpful and friendly staff. I'm a truck driver who stopped by to grab some lunch. The dining area was closed and I... couldn't use the drive-thru for obvious reasons. I was able to use my phone to make an order and an employee ran my food to mein the cold, I didn't even asked them to do that. Read more
I got the 2 for 10 and my fries were definitely not fresh like it tasted very stale. I also got a chicken sandwich with cheese... and they only put cheese on one half, my coke and dr.pepper tasted very water down. Literally my whole meal was cold and i liveright across from the restaurant. Read more
I always want something to eat when I go to Sioux falls. This is the 4th time in 3 years I've tried this specific Burger King.... Left a $7 tip because the manager wasn't there with change and I would have been waiting another 20+ minutes. Ordered a fishsandwich, they doubled dropped it (they know what that means) and the only thing actually fresh were the fries. Did your kitchenstaff know that certain types of spoiled lettuce can kill? Because that's another thing on those sandwiches I couldn't get past.The king chicken sandwich with bacon had sour tomato on it as well. I will not be back. Fix your products and teach youremployees. Oh and the mozzarella sticks tasted like cardboard and chalk. If I didn't live an hour away I would have turnedaround and brought your food back to you and requested a refund... Which I don't believe I've ever done before in my life. Read more
