Worst customer service ever. We waited at the drive thru for like 5mins before the guy got into the intercom. Then when we got... to the window the guy was so rude. No customer service at all. Also, we ordered a chicken nuggets and asked for BBQ sauce andthere's none in the bag. Dont ever stop at this burger king again. Go to the next stop if you're heading east. Read more

Customer service was NOT there. After sitting in drive thru for at least 10 min after they took the card order next to us. The... worker answered the intercom with a bad attitude. Then when we got to the window the worker gave us our drink then Slammed thewindow on my mom after she asked for a spoon without acknowledging her in a rude manner. Once we called the managementafterwords she was also rude to us. Stating she will talk to him but had no other concerns or how she could have fixed it.Severly upset as well due to our drink a Chocolate milkshake came out not MIXED either.. highly upset over the common curtesythat?s part of your job has disappeared. Found a hair in my food. I got a chicken sandwich, but there were no tomatoes in my sandwich. I at least got lettuce, but it was... super soggy, and the ratio of lettuce to chicken was off, there was so little lettuce. The chicken was a bit soggy as well. Icouldn?t taste any mayo. As far as the chicken goes, besides being a bit soggy, it didn?t taste like chicken to me. My spritetasted like it was just water. I got a lemonade and same thing. It was a long wait for the food as well, though it wasn?t busy.As far as opinions, nothing tasted good, nothing really appetizing. I wish the workers could maybe be more sanitary such ashairnets, though I?m not sure if they were wearing gloves or not.
