Food has been a little less than great the last couple visits. We do tend to go when it's busy, so we expect a wait to get in... and a bit of a wait for food and service. This is always the same. One thing that can always be improved is cleanliness. Weoften have a dirty table and bench that needs wiped, and some sort of dirty dishes brought to us. I have also had some brownlettuce in my salad recently. I would encourage them to look a little closer before serving. I wish you had coupons ordiscounts of some sort. Or rewards even. So my husband and I have been on a downward slump when it comes to going out to eat. And when I say a downward slump I mean the... last few times we went out to eat we have been left waiting with no entrees for over an hour, at one restaurant we sat down tobe seated and had people come in behind us who knew the hostess get seated before us, up to and including spending $65.75 on ameal and that is not including any cocktails because we do not drink, and leaving a place thinking that sucked the food was onlyso so the service is only so so and lately for us it seems that restaurants just don't really care! Until we ate at TexasRoadhouse!! I would just like to say how wonderful our experience was I have never been to a Texas Roadhouse. The waitress wasknowledgeable even staff that wasn't doing anything with our table was friendly! The food OMG was amazing we left there thinkingI can't wait to come back! We left there with both of our bellies full, OVER FULL!! AND WE WERE BOTH THRILLED AND SATISFIED ICANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE THE ATMOSPHERE THE FOOD! Very good. We enjoy Texas Roadhouse and have eaten at many locations. This is our 3rd visit to this location and it has been... outstanding all 3 times. EVERYTHING was very well made. From the salads and complementary bread to the steaks and burgers, itwas all perfectly cooked and prepared. Had about a 20 minute wait, but we somewhat expected that by how full the parking lot was. Great service and fantastic food, I... had a free appetizer for my birthday. We chose the cactus bloom onion, it was great and delivered quickly. My girlfriend had the11 Oz sirloin and I had the 20 Oz bone in Ribeye. It was so tender that you could almost cut it with a fork. Checked in at hostess stand and was asked to wait in our car )there’s always a wait at Texas Roadhouse, must be good). We... waited about 19 minutes and was called in and seated at a booth. The hot fresh baked dinner rolls with their cinnamon butter isa great start to a meal. We both had burgers and weren’t disappointed. Texas Roadhouse is also military friendly. Read more
Not the best location I've visited as I go to Texas Roadhouse in every city I'm in that has one. Server was kinda pushy which... was pretty irritating. This is the first location that wouldn't make me a half order of fried pickles which was kinda of abummer but I still ordered them. I'm a truck driver and usually go by myself. The steak was great, that's what I go there for.Will be back. Read more
It is tough to eat Gluten Free at Texas Roadhouse but the server and staff were accommodating. All the sauses, butter, and... dressings are infused with flour, so they made the food with only salt and pepper! Thankyou! The rest of the family enjoyedrolls, steaks, and salads! Read more
The staff were all kind and the food was so delicious. The fried onions were delicious and the steak was great. The butter... served with bread was especially delicious, but I wonder what kind of butter it is!!! Can you tell me what butter it is? Read more
