Had an order for grab and go. As my wife approached the door and employee slammed it shut, and pointed towards the drive... thru. 9:40pm. Turning away a grab and go and pointing to the drive thru which has 8 visible cars in front of her. If we wantedto sit in the drive thru we wouldn?t have pre-ordered. You may say that dine in was closed on arrival. In that case grab and goshouldn?t be available on the app. *Update my wife finally gets to the window of the drive thru & they had given our order tosomeone else. Terrible just terrible. There was a misunderstanding on so.e burritos I got thru drive thru. I asked if it could just be remade and the manager told me... there was nothing she.could do. I stated there's no reason why it can't be remade. She grabbed the bag off the counter and thruit in the trash and fine I'll just remake it. Very rude. And when she sent another employee to give me my order and was verySarcastic telling me hes sorry and have a great day. Worst experience iv ever had on a misunderstanding of an order. Read more
The lady at the drive through was as rude as she could possibly be. My wife went to do tap pay and the lady huffed at her and... almost threw the machine at my wife's face. then my wife kindly asked if she had to drive around to pick up the door dash andthe lady at the window huffed and puffed again and ended up throwing our customers order at my wife. I was in able to get thename of the lady however I still think she no longer need to work customer service. She will be the person that business tanksbecause with service like that nobody will want to come back to that drive through nor will they want to go inside if she is theone to help us. now I have to go and explain to my customer why their food looks like it been thrown at my face and because ofthat I will probably loose my tip and I did nothing wrong that would cause that. Usually have no problems but after confirming my order in drive thru they got it wrong and decided to argue with me. Then had... attitude when they fixed it. And gave me Diablo sauce when I clearly said mild three times. Teenager working window needs anattitude adjustment, for real Read more

Ridiculous on the portion u get for the money u pay. I ordered (2) party packs which came out to $33 and got this!!?.not to... mention I called to talk to manager and she was extremely rude!!!?.I guess the next time I feel like eating a taco shell theywill be number one on my list!!?VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
