This was the worst subway we ever have gotten.First I stood by the counter waiting as the employees stood in the back looking at... me as they were talking. I actually had to ask if they were open. We go to a lot of subways all over the place and this was notonly the worst customer service we have ever recieved,but also the worst food. My husband got a Cesar wrap and it was so wetwhen she was wrapping it that chicken juices were going everywhere and the entire counter was covered and it was all mushy andgross. I asked the employee to just put the stuff into a new wrap and rewrap it up and she then proceeded to have anotheremployee come do that for me and she walked away as if she was to inconvenienced to help me any further. I had ordered theultimate cheesy garlic bread steak sandwich. As she was buttering the one side of the bread that she did butter she made thecomment that she can not wait till they stop making those sandwiches because they take up to much of her time. After shebuttered one half and put steak on the other side she put the white cheese on top of the butter and then toasted it. That leftthe buttered side soggy and gross under the white cheese. And my husbands was still so wet even after being rewrapped that thisfood was not even edible. What a disgrace subway You need some new staff here desperately! Read more
